a satisfactory visit
comfy bed homemade lasagna tired hotel dusty entrance
my room was spacious and it included a comfy bed. louie assisted with my bag, it was nice. the kitchen stayed open just for me. the homemade lasagna was delicious, i must say.
the hotel seemed tired. i also noted some dust in the entrance, it wasn't ideal. outside tables needed cleaning. there wasn't any information about key drop off, this was a problem on departure as no one was around.

stocked room request idea long wait rude attitude
the room was spacious and well stocked. the refill on request idea is great (i used it a lot).
i stood at the bar for over ten minutes waiting to be served. the man behind the bar chose to chat to his locals instead.

good size hot shower coffee machine
the room was a good size with plenty of space for clothes. the shower was hot, which i really needed after a long day. i also appreciated the excellent coffee machine in the room.
the noise from inside the building was noticeable. i could hear a lot of sounds.

our dog friendly room was clean and warm. the staff was friendly and helpful, a true delight!!! we ate at the hotel twice, and the homemade pie was AMAZING. even my husband, who has specific preferences for sunday lunch, had only praise for the beef roast.
Upon my arrival, i was informed that my room was prepared early. the provided room was quite spacious and had a amazing view of the square. however, the sockets were few. i had to move furniture to plug in my chargers. It was quite difficult for me.
